Gambia Taxi and Tour FAQs

Our airport transfers, taxi prices and tours are designed to be simple: you agree the price before you travel, message us on WhatsApp and pay cash on the day for airport transfers. Here are the questions visitors ask us most often.

Airport transfers

We meet airport guests in arrivals with a name board, help with bags and track flights before leaving. Kololi, Kotu and the Senegambia area are £15 per car; Bakau is £17 and Sanyang or Kartong is £25. See the full airport transfer page.

Paying the driver

You can pay in dalasi, pounds or euros in cash. Airport transfer prices are per car, not per person. Bank transfer can be used for tour deposits.

Planning a trip

For a first week, the top 10 guide is a useful starting point. You can book a tour, ask for a driver for the day or tell us how many days you have and let us suggest a plan.

Local tip from our drivers

Save our WhatsApp number before you fly. It is the fastest way to find your driver or ask a practical question once you are here.
